Participation in Projects and Programs

Experts from ITD have contributed to the development of the telecenter’s concept in Bulgaria, telecenters human capacity development, as well as e-content production for telecenters. The designed model for telecenters community outreach has been identified as best case.

The Institute has close relationships with the Department of Information Technologies of Sofia Universities, being initiated by some of its leading members. Thus, the ITD contributes for starting a number of MSc programmes.

ITD includes leading researchers and experts in ICT for education and development. They have been involved in a number of EU funded projects in the field of ICT.
